Returns policy

Below is a short summary of product returns and refunds at OILER24.COM. The full legal terms are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Right of withdrawal

A customer (private individual) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Condition of the goods

The goods may only be inspected to the extent that would be possible in a regular shop.

For motor oils and fluids, breaking the factory seal renders the product unsellable. If the product has a broken seal, oil stains or signs of use, a value reduction of up to 100% will be deducted.

Return shipping and packaging

Fluids must be packed in a sealed leak-proof bag and a sturdy cardboard box. The customer is responsible for safe packaging.

Returns are made via a courier or parcel locker service agreed with us in advance. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refund

The product price and the standard delivery fee are refunded no later than 14 days after withdrawal and inspection of the goods at our warehouse.

For uncollected parcels, compensation equal to the actual return costs (based on the courier's tariff) will be deducted.
